How the Digital Art Process Works

  • 1. Share Your Concept
     Provide your idea, inspiration, or desired style. Reference photos are strongly recommended.

  • 2. Sketch and Approval
     An initial sketch or draft is provided for review before final detailing begins.

  • 3. Creation Process
     The artwork is refined with linework, color, shading, and detail based on your selected style.

  • 4. Final Delivery
     Once completed, your artwork is delivered digitally in high-resolution format.

Deposit and Payment Policy

A $15 deposit is required to begin the sketch process. All deposits go toward the total cost of the commission and secure your booking.

IMPORTANT NOTES (Highly Recommend Adding)

  • Major revisions after sketch approval may incur extra fees

  • Turnaround time varies by complexity (usually 3–10 business days)

  • Commercial use pricing available upon request

Payment Structure:

  • Deposit: Required to begin sketch.

  • Remaining balance: Due after sketch approval and before final delivery

Turnaround Time

  • Sketch phase: 3–5 business days

  • Final artwork: 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity

Rush orders are available for an additional 20–50% fee, based on deadline and detail level.

Final Payment and Communication Policy

Final payment must be completed within 7 days of artwork completion. If communication is lost or payment is not received within this timeframe, or if you anticipate any delays, please communicate in advance. Payment plans may be available.

  • Files provided in high-resolution formats suitable for print or screen use.
