How It Works

Commissioning a painting is an exciting, collaborative process where your ideas take center stage:

  1. Share Your Concept – Let’s talk about your vision! Whether you have a clear idea or just a feeling, I’ll help shape it. Reference photos are highly recommended!

  2. Sketch & Approval – I’ll provide an initial sketch to ensure it aligns with your vision before painting begins.

  3. Painting Process – Watch your piece come to life with textures, colors, and details tailored to your request.

  4. Final Touches & Delivery – Once complete, I’ll send photos for approval before shipping or pickup.

Deposit & Payment Policy

To begin the sketch process, a deposit is required. This goes toward the full cost of the painting and ensures commitment to the commission.

💰 Deposit Structure:

  • Small (6 x 6, 8 x 8, 8 x 10, 9 x 12, & 10 x 10)

    • $50 → Applies to paintings up to $175

  • Medium (11 x 14, 12 x 12, 12 x 16, & 14 x 18)

    • $100 → Applies to paintings $200– $499 (Medium)

  • Large (16 x 20, 18 x 24, & 24 x 30)

    • $150 → Applies to paintings $500 and above (Large)

Payment Breakdown

Once the deposit is received, I’ll begin your sketch. After sketch approval and final pricing confirmation:

✅ First Payment (50% of remaining balance) → Required before painting begins.

✅ Final Payment (Remaining Balance) → Due upon completion, before delivery.

💰 Final Payment & Non-Response Policy

Once your commission is completed, the final payment must be made within 7 days. If communication is lost or payment is withheld past this timeframe, the artwork will be made available for public sale.

📦 Shipping & Pickup: Options are available—let me know what works best for you!

🚀 Rush Orders: If you need your piece sooner than the standard timeframe, an additional 20-50% fee will apply based on complexity and deadline.
